Our network of support extends to many of the UK high street retail chains, global hotel brands, large student accommodation providers, hospitality sectors, data centres, major sporting arenas and property management firms with regular planned maintenance services to ensure their building portfolio is maintained. We have clients who utilise our on-call Reactive Maintenance (RM) service to ensure their issues are resolved with minimal disruption to their customers or clients. We also have a number of clients on Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes. These PPM schedules are not only cost effective but are also an essential requirement for maintaining a buildings product/system warranty.

Since the increased demand in RM’s & PPM’s with our existing clients, this meant our operatives have had to be prepared for any number of services based on the reactive requirements at the time. The vans have a stock of items that enable them to solve most issues upon arrival. If necessary, we have a dedicated group of suppliers that can support us nationwide. 

With the evolution and adoption of Computer Aided Facilities Management Systems (CAFMS) by our clients, our operatives are trained in the most popular system types enabling a faster, seamless delivery of our services. 

This inspired us to develop a bespoke web-based reporting system, designed to allow efficient and accurate reporting of the site teams attendance and findings in a short comprehensive PDF report. This allows our operatives to complete a digital report on site, then send it directly to the client showcasing images along with relevant information from their findings.

This gives our clients the peace of mind that their properties are being managed to the highest of standards and remain informed every step of the way. 

If TSL can be used at the early stages of a deteriorating building, we can advise, consult and plan on solutions to aid CapEx budgets, ensuring the buildings remain a valuable asset through it’s entire life cycle.
